Badly fitted model?
Don’t worry, you can easily exchange your shoes with the one that suits you better, you have 30 days to do so. Inform us by email or telephone:

We will send shoes within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Remember that footwear with signs of wear can not be replaced.
The cost of the return shipment is covered by the customer.

Do you want to return the purchased shoes? You can easily return the purchased model, you have 30 days to do so. Pack the shoes into the original box and send it to the following address:

We will refund the money within 7 days of receiving the package.
Remember that footwear with signs of wear is not returnable.

Are your shoes damaged?
We are an environmentally friendly company, so we make every effort to ensure
that they can serve you as long as possible. Footwear is a subject to a
24-months warranty. Pack your shoes and send them to the following address:
